SERGEY GORDEEV (2012–Present)
Initiator and organizer of Perm’s master plan. Founder of Horus Capital, a development company. Creator of Stanislavsky Factory, a mixed-use district with residential, commercial, cultural and park space and the only Russian project to receive a RIBA International Award in 2011. Founder of the Russian Avantgarde Fund, which has released more than 70 publications on Russian avantgarde architecture.
Partner and chief architect for the company Project 3, he is also the co-owner and chief architect of Wowhaus. Worked as the chief architect at Architecture Studio No 7, and later directed Architecture Studio No 4, the Architects’ Union first creative association in the USSR.
Art director at Pervyi Kanal (Channel One), co-owner of architecture bureau Wowhaus. Worked as the art director for Imperial, PTUCH, Harper’s Bazaar and other magazines
ILYA OSKOLKOV-TSENTSIPER (2009–2013)
Founder of the publishing house Afisha, where he worked as the editor-in-chief and later director-general. Creator of the magazines Afisha, Afisha-Mir, Afisha-Eda, Bolshoy Gorod, the Afisha travel guides, the website afisha.ru and the Afisha Picnic Festival. Since 2011 Vice-President of Yota Group.

Founder of the St.Petersburg-based company JFC (Joint Food Company), executive director of Sadko Management Partners, and the initiator of the Yota project.
